開盤建議
先以熱水將烤盤沖洗一遍
清洗後,立即將烤盤擦乾
使用食用油塗抹盤面,並以小火加熱約10~15分鐘後可放入料理
 
注意事項
初次使用前,以熱水將烤盤沖洗一遍
使用時,可於烤盤上加入少許油避免空燒
請勿對本產品進行長時間的空盤(無食材)乾燒
請避免使用尖銳的鏟具或是清潔器具損害產品表面
 
清潔和保養方法
使用完畢,請待烤盤冷卻後,以中性清潔劑及柔軟清潔用具清洗,清洗後請立即擦乾並保持乾燥
鑄鐵盤碰到空氣容易生鏽,日常保養可在盤面及盤緣抹上一層薄薄食用油,與空氣隔絕形成保護層
